Dr Srinivas Seshabhattaru
Dr Srinivas Seshabhattaru is a fellowship-trained podiatric surgeon who has devoted his career to one mission: saving limbs and restoring pain-free mobility for people with diabetes and complex foot problems.
Having trained both in India and at the University of Texas Health Science Centre, San Antonio, he now heads the Centre of Excellence for Diabetic Foot Surgery and Advanced Wound-Care Services at Apollo Hospitals, Hyderabad. Over the past fifteen years, he has helped thousands of patients keep the freedom to walk, combining cutting-edge surgical techniques with compassionate, long-term follow-up care.
Clinical Philosophy
Dr Seshabhattaru believes that timely diagnosis, multidisciplinary teamwork and patient education can prevent most amputations. His practice blends evidence-based protocols-vascular screening, metabolic control and pressure off-loading—with advanced reconstructive surgery when required.
